
Focus and Detachment

When we focus too much on the destination, we start thinking about it every waking moment. You lose sleep over the outcome. You fear you aren’t good enough. Manifestation occurs when we are able to focus on our thoughts on a particular idea, item or belief, and simultaneously be detached from how it comes, when it comes and from whom it comes.
In the end, detachment is nothing more but freedom from our little emotional entanglements that prevent us from doing the best we can
